退貨政策

  1. 僅限購買當日起七日內未使用過,且未拆封、未經使用過的商品可辦理退貨,且必須附上發票或收據。
  2. 如欲退貨,請先透過本公司的客服中心進行聯繫,確認商品的退貨資訊及方式。
  3. 郵寄退貨的運費由買家自行負擔,並且必須採用本公司指定的物流配送方式。買家所退回的商品必須完整無損,且配件、贈品及附件應一併退回。
  4. 商品退回後,本公司將於收到退貨商品後三個工作天內完成商品檢查,並辦理退款手續。
  5. 如購買時已使用優惠券或紅利折抵金額,則退貨金額將扣除該優惠或紅利折抵的金額。
  6. 若商品未經使用但有瑕疵或不良品,請於購買當日起七日內聯繫本公司客服中心進行申請退貨及退款,並附上發票或收據。
  7. 本公司有權針對退貨商品進行檢查,如發現有人為損壞或使用過,將不予退款。

備註:

  • 本政策僅適用於線上購買商品的買家,不適用於實體店面購買商品。
  • 本政策所指七天,是以購買當日起算,包含國定假日及週末。

Return Policy


  1. Only unopened and unused products purchased within 7 days are eligible for return, and a valid invoice or receipt must be provided.
  2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service center to confirm the return information and procedure.
  3. The cost of shipping the returned product is the responsibility of the buyer, and the designated logistics delivery method must be used. The returned product must be intact and complete, including accessories, gifts, and attachments.
  4. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it within three working days and process the refund accordingly.
  5. If a discount coupon or reward points were used during the purchase, the refunded amount will be deducted by the equivalent value.
  6. If the product is defective or damaged, but unused, please contact our customer service center within 7 days of purchase to apply for a return and refund, and provide a valid invoice or receipt. We reserve the right to inspect the returned product and refuse a refund if it has been damaged or used.

Note:

  • This policy applies only to buyers who purchased products online and does not apply to in-store purchases.
  • The seven-day period begins on the day of purchase, including national holidays and weekends.
